Main Hospitals

The critical communications system developed by the Finnish Growth Company 2020, Secapp, ensures that information flows quickly and accurately at the Finnish Kuopio University Hospital (KUH). It also saves a significant amount of working time compared to the old SMS system.

National Health Authorities (COVID)

The National Intensive Care Coordinating Office maintains Finland’s national COVID-19 situation at Kuopio University Hospital. The adequacy of intensive care capacity has been a key issue when measures have been planned in Finland to manage the COVID-19 epidemic. The Secapp application is used to collect the data.

The Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) moved from SMS-based alarm systems to Secapp’s critical communication and alarm system in early 2020. Its reliability, ease of use and security have convinced the personnel using the system. Information exchange will now be ensured between STUK and its collaborators during all situations.
